Open your workspace, click the Onboarding icon, and see exactly where every process stands — from first pilot to full go-live.
The same flow your team follows every morning inside the install — open, scan the map, work a node, watch it go live.
Navigate to your workspace and sign in — onboarding lives right alongside the modules your team already uses.
Pinned to your nav bar after first login. It opens your E-Map dashboard — your whole onboarding picture on one screen.
Every node is a process, grouped by swimlane. Colour is status: teal means live. Click any node to trace its reports, forms, and next steps.
Each node carries its own actions (assign people, finish config, train, sign off the SOP) and reports & forms (data-mapping, UAT sign-off, go-live checklist). Tick them off in the platform.
All actions completed, all forms signed off, ready to use. Complete every node, and you've reached full go-live.

Everything on this page is a screenshot of the real thing. Onboarding is a v6 module in the Aeronet platform — the same phase-ordered checklist your team works through in the app, with status pills, gate steps, and links straight to the records.
It's not a kickoff document that goes stale by week two. It's live data on the same Part 145–traceable core as every other module — so progress, ownership, and sign-offs are always current and auditable.
